1. About this website
Twizi presents data and AI consulting services, including enablement, strategy and implementation. This website provides information about our approach and a way to arrange an introductory conversation.
For any questions about these Terms, you can contact us at: paulo@twizi.ai
2. Website information and consulting engagements
Information on this website is general in nature. It is not a personalised recommendation, a binding proposal or a promise of a particular financial or operational result. Examples describe their stated stage of development; they should not be read as guarantees of future performance.
Booking a conversation does not create a consulting contract. The scope, fees, deliverables, responsibilities and treatment of client information for a consulting engagement are agreed separately in writing.
3. Responsible use
You may browse the website and contact us about our services. Do not use it to commit fraud, distribute harmful software, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or infringe the rights of others.
When arranging a meeting, provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorised to share. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential client material in an introductory booking.
4. Content and intellectual property
The Twizi name, branding and original website content belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party components and materials remain subject to their own licences.
You may read the content and share links to public pages. Reproduction or commercial use of protected materials requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless permitted by law. Rights in work delivered to a client are governed by the separate engagement agreement.
5. External services
Scheduling is provided through Cal.com. Opening the scheduler or following an external link takes you to functionality provided by another organisation, with its own terms and privacy information.
Twizi does not control third-party websites or guarantee their availability. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the services used by this website.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may change and interruptions or errors may occur. Assess whether information is suitable for your circumstances before relying on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Responsibility for paid consulting services is addressed in the engagement agreement.
7. Changes and questions
When these terms change, the revised version and its update date will appear on this page. Changes to website terms do not automatically amend a separate signed engagement.
For questions about these terms, contact paulo@twizi.ai. Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to mandatory protections available under applicable law. No exclusive court is designated by these website terms.
1. About this policy
This notice covers the Twizi website and enquiries made through its booking feature. Processing performed as part of a client project is addressed separately in the relevant agreement.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry and booking details are used to respond to you and arrange the discussion you request. Where you are considering a contract with us, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering into that contract. Other business correspondence may rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries.
Technical processing supports website delivery, reliability and protection against misuse, based on legitimate interests in operating a secure service. Legal obligations may require the retention or disclosure of particular records. If an optional activity requires consent, it must be requested separately and can be withdrawn.
With your consent, PostHog measures page visits, traffic sources, browser information and selected contact, booking and navigation clicks. Session recordings, automatic form capture and advertising tracking are disabled. Analytics does not start before you accept and can be disabled through Cookie preferences in the footer.
4. Service providers and sharing
Cloudflare hosts the website. PostHog provides optional website analytics. Cal.com provides meeting scheduling and processes booking information on behalf of the meeting organiser. Connected calendar or meeting services may receive the information needed to arrange a booking, depending on the organiser’s configuration.
The embedded scheduler loads when you choose to open it. At that point your browser connects to Cal.com, even before you finish a booking. A direct booking link is also available.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
5. International processing
Hosting, scheduling and their supporting providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. The applicable locations and safeguards depend on the services and agreements in use.
6. How long information is kept
Enquiry and booking information should be kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship. Contract-related records may need to be retained for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
The language cookie expires after one year unless renewed by another language selection or removed earlier.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for processing that relies on it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You may also complain to a data-protection authority, including the authority in the EU country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity when handling a request.
8. Updates and contact
This notice is updated when the website or its data-handling practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
Data controller: Paulo Manuel Freitas Unipessoal Lda, trading as Twizi.

1. What cookies do
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser for a website. They can remember preferences or support a requested feature. Similar browser storage can serve related purposes.
2. Your language preference
Name: twizi-language. Provider: the Twizi website. Purpose: remembering your explicit choice of English or Portuguese. Value: en or pt. Lifetime: up to 365 days from your most recent language selection.
This first-party cookie is set when you use the language selector. It applies across the site and is not used to follow you across other websites. It is marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and Secure when the site is served over HTTPS.
Without a saved preference, the root page uses the hosting provider’s country code to choose Portuguese for Portugal and English elsewhere. You can always visit /pt or /en directly.
3. The booking service
The Cal.com scheduler is loaded only when you choose to open it. It then connects to a third-party service that may use its own cookies or storage for scheduling, preferences and security. Following the direct booking link also takes you to that service.
Cal.com manages its own storage, separately from Twizi’s language cookie. Its privacy information is linked below.
4. Analytics and advertising
PostHog analytics is optional and starts only after you choose Accept analytics. It measures page visits, traffic sources, browser information and selected clicks; it does not record sessions or form contents. PostHog uses browser local storage to recognise return visits after consent. No advertising trackers are configured.
The first-party twizi-analytics-consent cookie stores granted or denied for up to 365 days. You can change or withdraw your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Rejecting analytics stops capture and clears PostHog browser persistence. Your separate language preference remains available.
5. Managing cookies
You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser’s privacy settings. Removing twizi-language clears the remembered language choice; it does not prevent direct access to the English or Portuguese pages. Blocking third-party storage may affect the scheduler.
Changing your language using the site selector replaces the saved preference and renews its lifetime. Browser controls for Cal.com storage are separate from those for this website.
